Shipping

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. All orders are processed and shipped from our Toronto office within 2-4 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been processed.

Due to COVID-19, our mailing partners are experiencing severe shipping and processing delays as they prioritize the safety of their staff and customers. As more consumers opt to shop online during the pandemic, they are experiencing some of their highest non-holiday numbers, particularly in their larger processing facilities. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding so much and thank you again for your ongoing support even during this time! For Immediate pick up in the Toronto area, we are still offering curbside pick up to locals. If you would like to pick-up your package, please email us at customercare@clarrihill.com.

Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind and believe in our products and services. We also place a high value on building a trust-inspiring relationship with our customers. We know you will love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your purchase, simply write to us at customercare@clarrihill.com within 15 days of purchase. When contacting us, please include in the body of the email your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking an exchange or a refund. All requests of returns/exchanges must be reviewed and authorized by our customer care team.  Upon approval, the customer care team will contact you by email. Please be advised that all carrier costs for the original delivery, returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Once your refund is approved, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We will send an email once the item(s) has been received and your refund has been processed.

Missing or damaged items

Please contact us at customercare@clarrihill.com with a photo, your order number, and we will assist you with the missing or damaged items.
